Shipping – Processing Time & Booking Policy

All wigs are custom ordered and shipped to me before your appointment.

Processing Times:

• Natural Color Wigs:
  • Straight: 4–5 business days
  • Body Wave: 5–6 business days
  • Curly/Water Wave: 6–7 business days
• Custom Colored Wigs:
  Please allow an additional 3 business days for coloring.

Booking Requirement:
Appointments must be booked at least 7 days in advance to allow for processing and preparation.

Shipping Disclaimer:
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
