Processing & Shipping

All wigs are custom ordered and shipped to us before your scheduled appointment. Processing times vary depending on texture and customization. Appointments must be booked at least 7 days in advance to allow for proper preparation.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Disclaimer
